Pat founded The Perfume Connection (TPC) in 1992 and expanded it to become Australia’s largest perfumery chain with 65 stores nationally. He then managed the acquisition of the Australian division of A.S Watson owned The Perfume Shop, before selling the company in 2007.
A dynamic entrepreneur who has driven many changes in the Australian fragrance and beauty retail landscape, he has an excellent understanding of the local and international markets in these categories.
Pat’s ability to recognise trends and form early partnerships with brands that are either new, or seeking to launch in the Australian or New Zealand domestic market, has been one of the key success factors of his ventures.
Sean has had over 20 years experience in all levels of Beauty distribution, including the Prestige, Mass, FMCG, Specialty Retail and Spa categories.
He has worked closely in developing the business for brands including Clarins, ROC, Laura Mercier, Prada, Versace, Puig, Lancome, Biotherm, Kiehls, Shu Uemura, Schwarzkopf and Banana Boat.
Sean has had vast experience across all retail channels including Department Store, Discount Department store, Pharmacy, Spa, and Grocery.
Sean has a deep understanding of the needs of all key strategic retail customers.
