Pat McCarthy
Experience in sales and distribution of selective and prestige beauty and fragrance products:
- The Perfume Connection (TPC) – Pat founded this retail chain 17 years ago and built it into Australia’s #1 specialty fragrance retailer.
- TPC was grown to 65 stores under Pat’s ownership, including the acquisition of A.S. Watson’s local chain of ‘The Perfume Shop’ stores.
- Pharmacy Fragrance Distributors - Pat founded a wholesale distribution company specialising in importing and distributing brands into the pharmacy channel. Brands represented include Morris Profumi (Ferrari Perfumes), Perfumes Y Diseno, Groupe Jacques Bogart, Jacomo, Parfums Aubusson, Pupa, Parlux Fragrances, etc.
- In 2007 Pat sold the retail and wholesale businesses to a private equity consortium.
- Shareholder in Cosmax Prestige Brands – Australian distributor for P&G Prestige (Hugo Boss, Dunhill etc), BPI, Bvlgari, Interparfums, etc.
Sean Lane
Broad experience in sales and distribution of FMCG, toiletries and prestige beauty products. Sean has held National Sales roles with several key companies:
- F.H. Faulding - Now known as Symbion, this company is one of the largest drug and pharmacy wholesale companies in Australia. Symbion owns the ChemMart, Terry White, and Pharmacy Choice Retail banners.
- Schwarzkopf - Sean has extensive experience with the sales and distribution of a wide range of haircare products and accessories into pharmacy, beauty and grocery channels.
- Trimex - Sean was National Sales Manager for the largest independent beauty distributor in Australia, which is 50% owned by Clarins S.A. Sean was responsible for sales and distribution of Clarins Skincare, Versace, Moschino, Hugo Boss, Dunhill, Puig Group and many others. Distribution was to 2200 points of sale including 100 department stores.
- L’Oreal – National Sales Manager – Lancome division.

Experience in sales, distribution and customer service within the pharmacy business in the health and beauty category:
- Pharmacy Fragrance Distributors - a wholesale distribution company specialising in importing and distributing brands into the pharmacy channel. Brands represented include Morris Profumi (Ferrari Perfumes), Perfumes Y Diseno, Groupe Jacques Bogart, Jacomo, Parfums Aubusson, Pupa, Parlux Fragrances, etc.
- Distribution into more than 2000 independent pharmacies as well as all of the major pharmacy banner groups such as Terry White Chemist, Amcal Pharmacy, Guardian Pharmacy, Soul Pattinson Chemist.
